Our Story

Proper Pillow® was founded in 2022 by John Smith, an entrepreneur with a background in physical therapy and ergonomics. John had struggled with neck pain for years and found little relief from the generic pillows available in most stores. He knew there had to be a better solution.

After extensive research into sleep science and pillow design, John created the first Proper Pillow® – an innovative pillow that provided both comfort and support for all sleeping positions.
